Critical value should always be more than the warning value

Description
The critical value should always be higher than the warning value. When decrementing the critical value the warning value should be checked and lowered if the critical value isn't still greater. Likewise, if the warning value is being raised and will be equal or greater than the critical value then it should be incremented.
