Add ignore options to dashboard and events

Currently the only option is to specify certain things like source address, but there is not ability to ignore specific items. Should be able to ignore ports, addresses, alerts, etc...

This wasn't quite a simple as I'd hoped. It will likely require a different conditions builder or possibly a custom builder. Here's a list of possible options:

The ability to exclude certain items from the search results on the Events page has been added and the ability to filter (include/exclude) items from the dashboard has also been added. Currently there is no way to filter events on the dashboard through the GUI. That will be added in a later release. Also, the Events page filter section is getting a bit clunky. That will be addressed in a future release as well.
