If you have a large database then running the Custom search with no options will time out and consume a lot of resources on the database server. Either some constraints need to be added or the query shouldn't be run until the user has had a chance to add some constraints.

Changed custom search link so it set the start time to one hour ago. This will keep custom search from searching the whole database.
